The recycling PET cycle

All our recycled PET bags are Prop.65 and TiPPA compliant. The combined level for lead, cadmium, mercury and chromium meets the standard that apply to one-time use packaging and do not exceed the limits of 100ppm (parts per million).

What we’re proposing is unique.

It’s the first line of inexpensive and reusable bags ever made of post-consumer waste. It has therefore a true impact on the environment since we not only do not use new materials but instead recycle plastic bottles that would otherwise fill up and choke our landfills, and extrude them into a “new” fabric.

This is the foundation of what we have developed. The key has been to keep it at a competitive cost since using post- consumer- waste to make a bag is far more expensive than using new petroleum-based polypropylene.

Our non-insulated bags use from 80 to 100% post-consumer-waste while our insulated bags use 50% post-consumer-waste.

80% Post Consumer Waste Fabric - Coated

Unique fabric made of recycled plastic bottles with coating.
High resistance material (75 lbs in motion).
Coated for full-color printing – Heliographic process 1 to 6 colors.
Matte or glossy finish.
Customization in shape (square, round) & details (trims, snap, inner pockets etc.)

100% Post Consumer Waste

Medium resistance material (44 lbs in motion).
Unique fabric made of 100% recycled plastic bottles.
Soft cloth texture.
Screen printing or full color printing.
Customization in shape (square, round) & details (trims, snap, inner pockets etc.)

Insulated Bag - Post Consumer Waste

3-Ply:
- Recycled plastic bottles outer fabric
- Closed cell foam insulation (2 mm thickness)
- Aluminum/PE or PEVA inner lining
Velcro or Zipper closure
High Resistance material (70 lbs in motion)
Coating to enhance strength/durability and protects from dirt.
Full color printing: Heliographic process 1 to 6-colors
Matte or glossy finish
Customization is shape (square, rectangle)
